Lita Rossana Ford is popularly referred to as Lita Ford is a British-born American musician, songwriter and guitarist who served as the lead guitarist in the all-girl hard rock band The Runaways in the late 1970s.Their music and their rebellious lyrics allowed them to be noticed in the rock world. Her release of Black in 1995 followed by a fifteen-year delay for the album 'Wicked Wonderland. The most recent album "Time Capsule," released in 2016. Guitar Player Magazine awarded her the prestigious Certified Guitar Legend Award.
