Hayley Orrantia, an American actress, singer and song writer. People are familiar with her because of her character as Erica Goldberg on the popular show on television 'The Goldbergs.' She is primarily an artist. She says that music has always been her first love. By the time she reached age 12, she took serious enough about music to start training professionally. She ventured into songwriting at 13 and was 14 when she made her first album of cover songs. The music hasn't budged back since. Orrantia was born in the USA and yet she has Hispanic origins. Although she spoke only English growing up and had never visited Mexico Orrantia is proud of her Hispanic background. In her pursuit of learning Spanish and composing songs, she tries to preserve the tradition. A song she has created is called "Hasta Verte," which was recorded by her in Spanish. Orrantia participated in The X Factor season 1's auditions in the summer of 2011. Orrantia won the first season of The X-Factor following the submission of a YouTube audition video. She was awarded an impressive four "yes" vote of the judge in the live stage in Seattle. Her initial audition was in the show "Hollywood Week" as a single artist. But, three female singers along with her were brought together for auditions of the rest of her music. They were eliminated from the program during the fifth live week.
