Hayley Orrantia, the American performer, songwriter and actress. The majority of people recognize the name as Erica Goldberg, from the TV show, 'The Goldenbergs. She considers herself to be the best musician of all. She says that music has always been her first love. When she was 12 the world of music had become significant enough that she was able to pursue a career in music. When she was 13, she started writing her own music. Her first cover album was released fourteen years later. The music has never stopped ever since. Orrantia was born in the USA and yet she has Hispanic heritage. She is a native of Hispanic roots even though she only spoke English as a child and spent her entire life in the USA. Her aim is to preserve it through the creation of Spanish songs, and also taking classes in the language. "Hasta Verte," which that she wrote in Spanish is a good example. In the summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the first season of The X Factor. The Orrantia's YouTube video was selected and she was awarded four "yeses" (or votes) by the judges at The Seattle audition. Her initial audition was to be a part of "Hollywood Week" as a single artist. But, three female singers along with her were brought together for auditions of for the remaining songs. Live shows were staged during the week of 5th.
